Wind and Watertight!

We are now officially wind and water tight!

All windows and doors and in and sealed - it's quite uncanny being inside when it's blowing a hoolie outside - no draft, very quiet and in the evenings, much warmer than outside.

The issues with the windows have not been resolved yet, but that's for another post.

Here are some pictures. We have to complete the coping and cladding on the ground floor, install coping on the terrace and then finish the cladding upstairs, install the gutter system and install a steel beam to let it fit the terrace balustrade.

Then we can move inside over the winter.

We have appointed a contractor to complete the drainage scheme and install the water treatment plant - no easy task but will let us install a toilet onsite.
